I can't race enough about this place!! I had a very bad experience getting a wisdom tooth out and was terrified to get my other bottom wisdom tooth out. The entire staff was very friendly and one woman, she was a pretty brunette and looked in her early to mid twenties was amazing!! She set me up for my iv and talked me through the entire procedure, she even joked around with me to ensure my nerves were calm,I wish I could Remember her name! The reception was blonde and also helped a great deal. At the original place I went for my first extraction said anesthesia wouldn't be covered therefore I didn't get it and it was a long painful procedure. The receptionist actually took it upon herself to look into my insurance And my insurance did cover half of it so it was only 30$ more instead of $300 as the other place told me which was a HUGE relief. Thank you so much to the entire staff you have helped me get over my fear of dentists. I would recommend this office to EVERYONE!!

Great experience again! The office staff was warm & friendly as well as Dr. Solano himself. Dr Solano was very knowledgable with years of experience. I continue to recomend hi to friends and family!

Dr. Solano is awesome. He made me feel comfortable and his staff is very professional and caring. He pulled the remaining of my teeth after I tried to take the cheap way out. I wish I had come here first. He talked with me about my problems and reassured me that everything would be alright. I did have some pain but it was minimal and only lasted that day.

Dr Solano and his team are friendly, fast, efficient and professional. This is the second visit I needed another wisdom tooth extracted by local anesthetic by Dr Solano and his team. The local anesthetic stung just alittle, but I was amazed how painless and quick the procedure took, I said "is that it?" and I was on my way. They were very informative explaining what to do for my post extraction of my wisdom tooth. I recommend them highly.

my name is EDDIE have been to doctor SOLANO twice this year both times to have multilple teeth pulled, was put to sleep both times.Must say "what a pro" from start to finish in and out no problems .staff were on their job made me feel relaxed . They got me in on short notice. The Doctor was in the room quick told me what he was going to do and before I knew it I was on my way home .No problems at home after treatment, all in all what else can u ask for .If you need to see a ORAL SURGEN, DOCTOR SOLANO is the one you need to see 5 STARS from me

Dr Cesar Solano is a very nice dentist and his staff was also very professional and welcoming. I went to him for TMJ treatment and I already feel better by his advice. He took a lot of time out for me and listened to me very attentively.

What a great office the doctor was quick and the staff was very caring!!! Loved my visit to this office!

This guy knows what he is doing!!! He is not very personable though and could care less whether he offends you. If that doesn't bother you I would go with him.

They cannot tactfully seem to handle payment arrangements and make no attempt to work out a plan. I was told it would be $130 to $150 and since my dentist said it should be straightforward and simple extraction I thought it would be the lesser amount. Without even seeing the doctor the receptionist told me it would be $150. they knew I had no dental insurance. So since they knew which tooth it was when the appt was made by my dentist and had the xray showing that it would be a simple extraction somehow the receptionist made the decision it would be $150. I asked if I could pay $100 and the remainder later. I was told flatly "no". and it was very embarrassing. How is it that without hearing from the dentist that it would be the higher amount it got decided for the higher amount? I think they never intended to offer it for $130 they just say that to get you there. I'm on a very limited income and they have no empathy and give misleading information. Dr. Solano spent very little time with my son and did not even want to see him for an appointment before the surgery. After surgery, my son was left alone without supervision to wake up from anethesia. When he did, he wandered stumbling out of the room. There was no follow up care, not even a phone call. This doctor is more concerned about getting patients in and out quickly than with patient care.

Absolutely TERRIBLE dentist. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He was rude, he was attempting to manage quite a few patients at once and he worked so quickly, I was in more pain than I have ever been at a dentist. All for a simple molar extraction. I left crying, and normally...I am good with pain. He never called me by name, seemed to know nothing about me or my case, and asked three times which tooth he was supposed to pull. Seriously, save yourself a lot of pain and bad treatment...do NOT go to this dentist.

I was extremely nervous having my 2 bottom sideways wisdom extracted. The whole upcoming week my anxiety was out of control. When I got there, the front desk was extremely nice and when I got back there the staff and Dr. Solano were absolutely wonderful! I was awake for the whole thing and felt nothing, except some pressure, the surgery took only 10 minutes tops. I heard quite a few bad reviews on him and his staff not having any bedside manners. In my experience this is far from the truth, they were all very kind! The only downside is that his office is 45 minutes away from where I live.

I would recommend him. I had an infected wisdom tooth removed when i was 8 months pregnant and he was so kind and wonderful. Best service I've ever had with a dentist.

Seeing a new dentist always fills me with anxiety; as I am never sure how good or bad the dentist actually is. After being referred to Dr Solano, I checked the internet for any red-flags and found none to speak of. The day of my scheduled proceedure and still feeling unsettled, I surveyed his waiting room for return patients asking as many questions as possible. I must say that I found Dr Solano to be charming, witty, and quite talented in his field. He was quick, yet very efficient. I had a very bad tooth that was broken in several pieces and required a bit of skill to extract. It was done perfectly. Other than the usual pain you would expect to feel afterwards, I haven't had any problems or concerns. As a matter of fact, the next day it didn't really bother me and I have several stitches. Kudo's to Dr Solano. And a BIG THANK YOU!!!!
