Very poorly ran. We were told to show up early for our 10:30 appointment, only to sit around and wait over an hour past our early appointment. Hour behind after only being opened for two hours? Sad... is that even possible?

The manager Trisha and Employee Kelly is very unprofessional. The employee Kelly would not let us have the easter back ground because she didnt think the shirts matched. When I asked for the blue back ground for my sons 3rd birthday picture she through a fit and called my great grandmother a B because we insisted since she wouldn't give us the easter back ground. Very unprofessional, the manager wouldnt fix our pictures after printed off wrong. Very sickening to no end, now my 3 year old asks me what a B means.

I have been going here every 6m for the past 6 1/2 yrs and I have never had the experience like I did today! I went in last month to get my daughters picture taken. When it was done I sat down w/the photographer to go over wht I wanted. She told me they no longer have the one pose picture option for $9.95, but they had other "pkgs". When I chose the poses I wanted, which included 4 decorators...2 of each pose I told her I didn't want all of that and wanted to bring the price down, she basically said there was no pt because it wouldn't change anything. So I left spending 2x wht I wanted. I went bk today after finding out from my sis, whom just went last wk. ,that they had a $14.99 pkg available and she spent 1/2 wht I did.! I got nowhere. The "manager" offered no apology for the mistake saying the girl was new, like that makes it ok! She made it out to be my fault instead! I will not be going back!!!

1st time there was Saturday Oct 10th. It was like all he** broke loose , people all over the place I believe they over booked I waited 2 hours before even getting out of there. They are not kid friendly... throwing a stuffed cat at a kid isn't going to make them smile and having a huge teddy bear in your hands and saying the bear is going to get mommy isn't going to make a kid smile. I will never go back and word of mouth travels. This place is really bad. If you want to waste time this is great place to do it at...
