Not only is this place and one of the guys there completely unprofessional acting, but they obviously have no idea what they are doing. Both of the 2 computers that were taken here (one of them twice because the first time I thought there was something else wrong with it.) came back not only worse than before, but completely unusable now. I contacted them and whichever guy answered the phone was a complete jerk and his answer was that we must have done something to them. Well I took them to another shop to be looked at as soon as the 2nd one came back the 2nd time and they were both infected with viruses and loaded with junk and had necessary components removed that were needed to run. Again the answer was that we must have done something to it, which was impossible since the computer wouldn't even boot up. Explain to me how that happens.



I also find it interesting that after looking at reviews I found that the same 3 favorable reviews show up on several review sites. Also I noticed that not all reviews are showing. You have to dig for the true reviews that give a true picture of this business and the fact that they will only make your computer worse. Beware don't take any of your electronics here.
