CVS/Caremark's Call Centers are the worst we ever dealt with. We are full covered by Isurance with an Airline, being retired after 35 years! The Airline changed us from Express Scripts to CVS, and we were promised the same coverage, however, this company inflates its prices tagging on deductibles on its mail order prescriptions. Every time, we call, they are quoting us different prices. We were also told to pay its unjustified prices and later file a claim for reimbursement. Silver Script also lost its Medicare Contract in 2013. Wished we could have stayed with E/S. --
