I hired Building Pro 9/7/17 to remodel a master bath, signed a contract with a $15,000 deposit. An additional $4,000 for “overages” was paid on 10/11/17. To date no work has been done nor have any materials been ordered. Karin and Nick Ross don’t answer emails or phone calls. They have absconded with all of my money. DO NOT HIRE! They deserve less than one star.

Definitely more than a bath remodeler.... I hired Mike Ross as the contractor on a property I purchased. This project involved a total rehab on an abandoned/foreclosed home. The little house was in terrible shape with a potty falling thru the floor in one bath, bad wiring, plumbing, etc. Mike and his team replaced all the windows, installed an energy-efficient heating and cooling system, new water heater, replaced/repaired plumbing, brought the wiring up to code, installed new bath fixtures in the guest bath, knocked out walls and expanded the master bath to include a nice shower and, of course, new fixtures. The kitchen was updated with new countertops and existing cabinets were rehabbed with an awesome paint job. Building Pro installed all new kitchen appliances and repaired a section of the original wood flooring that had been damaged. The entire home was repainted (and walls repaired as needed) including woodwork and ceilings. New lighting fixtures have been installed. The wood flooring (dating to 1945) thru out the house has been refinished and is absolutely gorgeous. If that was not enough, Mike's crew installed 2 new garage doors and re-roofed the detached garage. It was an intense project which Building Pro handled start to finish. I am very pleased not only with their workmanship but their professionalism. I would highly recommend Mike Ross and his team with Building Pro for your project.

Made our old bathroom look amazing. Did exactly what we agreed on. Very professional and would use them again!
