I think they are a very helpful and great place to do business the staff is very friendly and it's the only pawn shop we use even when we had a problem with our computer they fixed it then took it as a pawn they could have refused to but went out of their way to help

Put a shotgun on layaway at the Leeds store, went to pick it up and they told me they had re-pawned it to the original owner. No call or contact to let me know. They started to not give me a refund either but finally did. Hs been reported to the BBB, city, and state.

Started out as a 4 star. Then I put a shotgun on layaway. Went to pay it off and pick it up after 3 weeks and guess what, they had pulled it from layaway and put it back in pawn for the original owner. No call to let me know and no apology when I showed up. At first they were not even going to give me my money back. Will never do business there again and have told everyone I know not to either.

I have been to several pawn shops in my life, and I must say that Byron's is the best. The staff are ALWAYS courteous and they give great deals! It's the first pawn shop I've been in that didn't make me feel like a criminal. Byron's is the ONLY pawn shop I will ever do business with again! Thank you for your continued awesomeness!

At first it was a OK place but now it is rack scam and rip offs I don't think anyone needs to go there they are a big joke if u pawn something it maybe sold before u go back to take claim to it I have been ripped off many times I will never do business there again if I could give it no stars I would this place is a big boo in my book
