In a nutshell, the are top notch. My mother was visiting from out of state and ran into car trouble and they fixed it for her right away. Nancy, Peyton and Rita are awesome. They diagnosed the problem right away and she had her car back in half a day. The cost was great too. This is a family owned business who cares and did not rip her off. That gives me piece of mind. I highly recommend this business. They go the extra mile for sure! I found them on the internet, based on their great reviews and feel even better having sent my mother to use them.

Had my car, an 01 Jetta TDI towed to Knight's. My thinking at the time was even if I were to be charged more for the repair I would still be ahead of the game because of the cost of towing to my trusted mechanic's shop which is 50 miles away. The total cost of the repair was $759.64 for a remanufactured alternator and serpentine belt. Almost double of what I would have paid at my mechanic. The people at Knights' were professional and the repair was made in timely manner. My comment is not intended to offend the people at Knight’s they seem to be fine people and I was impressed with their website. I felt the need to comment solely on the high cost of the repair.

I give this company my Thanks and highest rating. It is refreshing and reassuring to find an owner operated business like the ones we grew up with. You are treated with respect and have everything explained simply and completely. There are no hard sell or scare tactics and all work is completed professionally, effectively and on time as promised. Simply stated, they do good work and I will be returning to them with all my future auto needs.

First Time User and Very Pleased. A pleasure doing business with mechanics ad techs that know what they are doing. When they offer to check over the vehicle it is a thorough check and knowledgeable about repairs. Entered to have an oil change, and Jose suggested we have the car checked over fromm of charge which saved us much trouble and a vehicle that is in excellent shape to travel. We highly recommend this group for their politeness, conscientiousness and most of all trust in a job well done.
