I live in a MHP off Independence Hwy and they come through the park twice a week.The kicker is, they don't even pick up in here. We have told them, this is private property and if the roads get messed up we have to pay for it. The park manager...a man with no B***'s has told them it was ok. Now why should he care he lives rent free. If you have any compassion know that these people live on SS and can not afford to fix your mess...STOP COMING IN HERE, those of us that live here are tired of it and I am now going over Josh's head to someone that will do something about this.

POOR SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
After having this service for several Years, the management have no control over its employees, the employees pick and choose when or if they pick up your refuse, and how much of it they want to empty. after they merged with Advance Disposal It became terrible. Was told there drivers can only make right hand turns it now take 8 hours to pick up the trash if at all had to call several times just to get it picked up.

We have gone out almost weekly to find trash left roadside which was not picked up, trash cans that were full of trash, and calls to FDS's office to speak with their manager Ina, and calls to its owner did not lead to improvements in service.

FDS's field superviosr is as much of a problem as its pickup collectors/drivers.

Its obvious the company condones poor employee service due to its lack of follow through and refusals to correct problems.

Despite a contract for FDS to provide refuse services they do not hold up their obligations, and the lack of customer service really shows it.

William Ray does not have control over his company or employees, rather its the employees who control the owner.

You'd be better of hauling your trash to the dump yourself or use another company, even at a higher price.

We would recommend any other service other than FDS, in order to receive the services you pay to get.

I have had FDS for over 20 years. The drivers are pleasant, on time, never had a problem. Thank you for your services

FDS has been picking up my trash for over 2 years and I'm completely satisfied. I get great service for a reasonable price. One time I missed the truck and put my trash out late. They stopped and picked it up on their way back by. Whenever I run something out at the last minute, the employees are very friendly and courteous.

I have been a customer of this company for many years. Lately their quality of service is less than poor. They routinely do not pick up my trash on the designated day. I have to contact them to come out another day. They said that they will have the driver call the office once he gets my trash but... my trash still is not picked up as scheduled! Even better yet when you contact customer service they make you feel like it is your fault, maybe you didnt put it out in time, maybe the driver didnt know it was actually garbage etc. I'm very disappointed. I met William and Ina many years ago when they were first starting out and wanted to give business to a small locally owned business but now feel like maybe a larger, well run company is the way to go.

We have been receiving our garbage service thru FDS since they have taken over. We have had excellent service the whole time.
