Awesome body shop! Took my fusion in there for the third time now and each time my car came back looking better than new!! They even detailed it when finished for me!

Took my Explorer there to get a quarter panel sprayed out, and numerous imperfections taken care of. The owner (Richard) was a real professional and the price was fair for the job at hand. The results were excellent and I was completely happy with the way it turned out. I would highly recommend Dent in One.

I was rear ended and needed a new bumper and new trunk and also a lot of other work, and i took my car to dent in one to get repaired the owners name was Rick he was a very nice man and told me everything that was wrong with my car and what they were going to repair. He also gave a great warranty I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone!!!! Needless to say I'm Very Happy with the work that was done to my vehicle, it looks better than the day i bought it. I brought my Cadillac in for repairs to be done on the whole right side of the vehicle and I was advised that my car had some kind of 3 stage paint to it, when I picked my car up it looked like a Brand NEW car! Thank you so much Rick & Dent In One Employees you did a wonderful job!!

Hello Ray, This is the manager over at DENT IN ONE BODY SHOP.I'd like to say a few things, we brought your car in our body shop understanding the situation you were in and we were very helpful to you and got your car finished in a quickly manner, we also gave you a very fair price since we were helping you out because of whoever the recent body shop was had your vehicle for so long and it was sitting in bare metal . You brought us your car stripped in bare metal and rust, meaning it was out in the open in that bare metal in all weather conditions and as soon as you brought it to us we sanded it down and put a primer/sealer on it so that the bare metal was covered, also i may add that your car had inches thick of bondo on it that we had to grind out and fix the proper way and rust holes just were also just covered up with bondo, we grinded it down and replaced it with new metal. . After the car was painted you were so happy and you thanked us so much for how fast we got the car done and about the price we gave you because we were told by another person about your situation of your car being in the other shop, So our shop came in with open arms and welcomed you in and we gave you a decent price of a paint job and finished in a timely manner. There was a nip in the clear of a bug you say and we were more then happy for you to bring the car in and let us sand it out and buff it and you did and you were happy when you left. Your Rear bumper was shot we told you that you would need to replace it because of all the material that was on it before it came to our body shop, I also spent my time looking around for a bumper for you and gave you a price on a BUMPER that actually was a OEM bumper that would say PONTIAC on the rear, and you told me ok that sounds great, and then you called me back saying your taking it to another shop? We were more then happy to get you out of your situation and get your car back to you. I even offered you rides because I felt horrible for you having to take taxis everywhere you go. I just remember the day you brought your car back to us after we got that bug out of the clear that you were so happy you finally had your car and explained to us that it looked so good!!

DisappointedCar was brought in from other body shop striped to bear metal. Dent In one painted the car and fixed hole in rear body panel. The car when delivered had a bug stuck in the clear coat which was wet sanded out 2 weeks later. The car has clear coat run in the front and the rear bumper started to craze up after 3 weeks. The car was brought back and I was told that the rear bumper was sanded down to the base and something in the plastic was reacting to the paint. A use bumper and repaint would coast an additional $450.00. I brought the bumper to another body shop who tried to sand down the bumper and they told me there were 6 coats of paint on the bumper and because of the labor involved it would be better to get a new bumper.. They ordered a new GM oem bumper and paint for $463.00.So I had my car painted by Dent in one and when the paint failed I would have to pay more ? Also since the paint job from a distance looks good close up there is some dust caught in the paint . Looks like it was put outside before the clear coat was dry. When I got the car home the drivers window didn't go all the way down. I took the door apart and the from baffle was not put in correctly. When I took the rear bumper off there were some spots left to be bear metal which I had to fix or have my car wind up with rust holes. Maybe because my car is old and has 160,000 miles, it got a rush job or they gave it to the newest guy on the shop. I don't know. For the car to leave the shop with exposed metal under the bumper and the paint to fail in 3 weeks is not quality workmanship. Also if the bumper was sanded town and all the old paint removed why wasn't a sealer put down and why did the other shop find 6 coast of paint.Where is the warranty? I have don't most of my own mechanical work on my cars for the last 50 years. Unfortunately I don't do body work.
