The 2 adult Psychiatrists there are the best! Dr. Medzoyan and Dr. Dall. I don't know about the Psychologists too much. I gave PA Counseling Services 2 stars because of the office mess-ups. Billing don't do their jobs! I was getting bills and the letter stated did not solve the problem I would be responsible for their mistakes. I gave my insurance information. Months later they are saying the bill was not paid. I am no longer working and do not have that insurance anymore. What I am told is that they lost the information and took months to tell me they don't have it as I rung up visits. Now months later they are telling me I owed them money. I have called numerous times about this issue and I get answering machines and no call backs.

When I finally got a hold of them they told me it was my problem. What is their job?

They mess you up and wait until the bill is high and then tell you to pay. I don't know how they hire stupid people who don't want to do their jobs. Why are they getting paid when I have to do their work! Believe if that bill is not paid , they will take me to court. So, here I am making calls to find my numbers with my insurance company and then giving them the numbers so they can punch it into their computers. Wow! Can I screw up on my job and then have the clients fix the problem that I created. I think it is time to revamp that billing department. If you go there make sure they take a copy of your card and don't lose it. They will keep billing the wrong insurance and then blame it on you! Beware!
