After my aunt had her second fall in a month I knew that it was time to get someone in to her house to help her. I hired Just Like Family to take her to her physical therapy appointments and go over her exercises with her. They also helped her to navigate around her home better, and she has not had any falls since. The years of experience the aides had really helped my aunt because the girls gave her plenty of tips to keep her healthy. The set-up process was also very easy. I called in one day and two days later the first aide was walking through my aunts door ready to help in any way she could. They even did a free assessment at her house so that they could explain to her what the aides could do which helped to put her mind, and my mind, at ease. Very helpful and reliable!!!!!

I decided to try Just Like Family when my mother refused to move into a nursing home and they truly were a lifesaver. The girls that they sent to my mother's home made both her and I feel at ease. I could tell that they truly cared about making my mother feel comfortable with having help. They even provided 24 hour care when I had to go away for a week which allowed me to enjoy my vacation. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a helping hand themselves or assistance with an elderly relative.
