I will never go to this place again. During my 2 year lease I've had nothing but problems with this place. Bad Customer service, lack of communication between the employees, damaged products, sent an email to customer service 5 times and nobody ever got back to me. Wrote a letter to their home office with no response. 1st tv I got was damaged and took 3 months to get a new one. Everytime they said it would be in and they would call me they didnt call so when i called them they said they sold it. This happened 4 times. And when they finally delivered it to me there was no remote or papers with it and the delivery driver said to go in and get them myself. I lived 20 miles away by the way. Everytime I called to get my balance they would tell me but when I went in to pay they would tell me a different balance. The Manager Ken is an idiot, he just tells you what you want to hear and never follows through with it until you go in really pissed. He does not relay messages to his employees. He's told me that he puts the messages in the computer and when they bring up my account it will show up. But the employee tells me sorry but there are no messages on here. That place needs shut down. So glad it's over.
