Provided by YP.comThis is one of the worst storage facilities I've ever been involved with. I have used other storage facilities that appreciate customer business. Nicole at the Lebanon, Ohio facility is rude and according to her helping the customer is, "too much of a hassle". She has no business being a manager that directly deals with customers. My experience with Extra Space Storage has been so bad that I will be storing my belongings with a different storage facility. If you want to be treated with respect and be appreciated for the hard earned money that you spend take your business elsewhere.
