Horrible employee

Stay far and clear from this place. David Ciccotti is the acting GM and it's the owners brother. He's fired 70 managers in a span of 17 months from word from the employees there. The CSI ( Customer Service Index ) is the lowest in the district. You will pay way more then what the cars worth and get scammed on the interest rate. Beware of there Finance managers. They will tell you the car is coming with a warranty or other insurance products when in fact your paying for them. If you have good credit you can get an interest rate of 1.89 up to 72 months with multiple lenders so be aware of the inflated rate they try and stick you with to make ridiculous unfair profits. You will have to go back at least four times to re sign your paper work as well. Stay AWAY TRUST ME

Absolutely the worst experienc...

Absolutely the worst experience with an auto dealership. I bought a car from Sam Clark. He was unprofessional, clueless and did not know about the cars he was selling. My check engine light came on and I was directed to the service department and talked to Chris White, the Service Manager. He seemed completely inept, acted like he had no knowledge of VW and seemed overwhelmed when ever I asked him a question. I waited in a dirty, dingy waiting room with nothing but a TV and uncomfortable chairs to sit on. When I got in my car after service, it was filthy. This was definitely the worst experience I've had in a VW dealership and would not recommend Miller Auto Group to anyone.
