Great, he works with his patients to find the best way to handle the situation. I had my rotor cuff repaired and now I have full range again.

I found Dr. Austin to be friendly, concerned and attentive. I feel physically capable again.

Dr. Austin is professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his diagnosis, and explained it to me in understandable terms. I never felt rushed by him, and he answered all of my questions. We reviewed options and recommendations together. I feel as though Dr. Austin was a tremendous part of my successful recovery.

My experience with Dr. Austin was excellent. He was clear in the explanation of what was going to be done during surgery and his instructions following surgery. I was impressed that I had a three month follow up after the initial follow up following surgery.

Dr austin was wonderful! He listened to my story, laid out a clear plan, and performed a successful outcome. I am extremely happy with all of the interventions he suggested, from the conservative treatment to the surgical intervention.

He got me in right away for surgery so I can get on the road to recovery to get back to my active lifestyle. I’ve had excellent results post surgery and no complications.

Dr Austin is amazing! He not only diagnosed each of my children’s issues, he explained everything to us and treated them as the patients and not numbers, Even when one child needed surgery and one didn’t, Dr Austin along with the staff at New London orthopedics has always gone above and beyond! He continues to follow up and explain care to them throughout their course of healing. Such a gem to this practice, I would refer anyone I know to him for their orthopedic care.

Dr. Austin helped with movement of frozen shoulder through surgery. For two years I was unable to move shoulder very well. I had previously had two surgeries on this shoulder.
Dr Austin was able to get my shoulder moving again and flexibility has greatly improved.
