NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED WORSE BY A BUSINESS IN MY LIFE !! First let me say I own a Kioti CK2610 and I LOVE it. I have put only 60 hours on it but it is a wicked nice machine. Having said that Bachelder Kioti is, in my opinion, probably one of the worst businesses out there to try to work with. I originally stopped to try to buy one from Bacheder. I could not get the salesman to even get up from his desk to talk to me let alone show me any stock or talk a deal. He did finally give me a price for a CK2510 HS with a back Hoe and snow blower for what he said was about $31000.00. I bought a CK 2610 HS Full size frame instead of the compact Bachelder quoted with cutting edge on the front bucket and a canopy with a 7 1/2 foot hoe complete and delivered from Profile Power Sports in Conway for $24,699.00 I got a Snow blower for it for $2000.00. $4500.00 savings! Profile delivered it to my door in 2 days, 100 Miles! Upon needing the 50 hours break in service I attempted for 2 weeks to get a call back from Bachelder in North Hampton. No luck. I drove there and I was told that the only employee who dealt with service or sales was gone for 3 days and that I should come back and catch him face to face if I wanted any answers. I called their parent store in Lebanon Me. And the girl told me that she wasn’t interested in my complaint and I should take the tractor back to profile where I bought it. She told me that if they looked at it in Lebanon it would be at least a month and a half and she had no idea how long I would be without the tractor. I tried to explain that Profile was a 2 hour drive and she interrupted me and told me that she had a customer, she wasn’t interested in my problems and to go back to Profile. I am a very laid back person and I will usually do anything to work an issue out. I told her that and said that she was the rudest per….. she hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM BACHELDER. I bought an equipment trailer on line for $1000.00 and had an appointment at Profile for the next week. Next step… Call North Carolina and let their main distributor know how there dealers in Southern NH treats good customers! I paid cash on the barrel head. No financing, no paperwork done and done.
