I have been going to Rose Nails for a couple years and have always been very pleased with the results. The wait is never long, the technicians are great and the salon is clean.

Love this place! Clean and relax environment. I feel pampered every time I get my hand and feet done here.The techs are very nice and tentative. My Shellac last for 3 weeks. Not go elsewhere!

I came to this salon to get a new set acrylic, And not happy about the service.after 2 days, my nails were coming off. The nail tech did my nails was Angie,I never come back.

I came here couple times, and the one did my nails was ivy,she is really nice and did good job.my nails look so beautiful.

I been to Rose Nails couple times to get my shellac on my acrylic nails, and they did a great job on my nails. It's sound silly to put shellac over acrylic nails, but I love how its shine more than regular nail polish! This is the best place I been to so far!

First problem is pricing, they have their menu on here with a pedicure at $20. I was surprised to find when I paid that the basic pedicure was $26. I got french tips which at other places was included on my pedicure, here extra $9. Flower design $5. I showed them this YP menu for their store, they only said they didn't know and then they didn't even drop the $26 to $20. At the very least they should have honored the basic pedicure price. Not great handling in customer service. Furthermore the flowers I got I'm not impressed with, they are on my big toes and two different sizes. I had her redo one of the flowers, they were two different sizes and with the leaves one was diagonal and one verticle on my nail. The leaves are blobs of a transparent green, and the flower she redid is lopsided with no color at all in one of the petals and only sliver of color in another. I wasn't going to have her redo another time. Finally when I was drying my nails ready to leave I looked down and realized the two gems in the flowers were different colors. I asked for green and got one black and one yellow.

I was happy at first with the massage and cuticles, but not pleased with customer service or painting.

I been to Rose's many times since they open, and I'm surprise there are not more positive reviews about this salon. I been seen a lot of their repeat customers walk out happy. They have very nice tech and they keep the place very clean. I suggest if you have any unsatisfactory, contact the management . I'm sure they'll be gladly to solve your problem. I definitely give them a chance before I'm writing a negative review.

I moved here recently and have been there 3 times. The first time was good the second time the nail tech started my nails then I got moved over to an older guy? He had fungus growing on his nails which is a hugh red flag!! He did not know what he was doing and my nails (artificial) did not last two weeks. I decided to give them another chance and went back and got stuck with the old guy again!! My nails are horrible..Get rid of him he does not know what he is doing and does a horrible job. They have lost my business and will be seeking out other places..

Not agreed with the review below at all. Very reasonable priced and my shellac and manicure and pedicure lasts for weeks. They also have an excellent selection of regular nails polish and shellac to choose from. The girls are very nice and tentative especially "Rose". The place is very relaxing and clean. I would recommend this salon.

My mom who has 3 daughters, many nieces, and friends would tell them all about rose and bring them all in to the salon. She was in there once every week, and was clearly one of their best customers. However, we have stopped going there and are on the search for a new salon all because of the owner, Rose, being so rude all the time. The rest of the staff is nice, but it is because of Rose that the salon has lost a group of good customers.

I been to this salon serveral times and I still like this place alot! When ever I had a nail chip or a fixed. They always gladly fixed my nails when I poped in. Thanks Rose Nails!

Love this place!!! My nails never stay for 4 weeks before I go to Rose's. They have very nice staff. Very clean salon.

I thought I was lucky when I found the 29.99 French tip nail coupon, in a Leawood, Ks location. Ivy was the one who did my nails, it seems like she knew what she was doing, and she took her time too. When Ivy was done I thought she had done a good job, but when I show my nails to my bf the next day, he said, "Where u got them done, they look horrible." You know its bad, when a man could tell a bad nail job lol.I looked at them and realize why he was saying that. The clear was coming off from the corners and it looked like they where about to fall, and sure enough after four days I'm missing two nails already, and the rest look horrible even with the clear gel that was supposed to make them last longer !!! There is no reason for my nails to look like that since I don't do lot of chores. Never going there again!!! Even though I used a couple, I feel I over paid to have good looking nails only for one day.

I went in last Thursday for my first visit to a nail salon in almost 6 years. I take very good care of my nails but I wanted to treat myself. I was only going to get a manicure but was told about the gel polish. The manicur was $40 and the Gel was $30 i was going to pay for it but once she looked at my nails even the technician said I had great nail and I didnt need the manicure. Great I just saved $40! I was told the gel polish would last at least 2 weeks. I left satisfied, though she would not do the colors I wanted. The very next day my thumb started to chip!! Now it is 6 days later and I have polish on only 4 nails. The six nails without polish the nail beds are damaged as the gel took off layers of my nail and 2 nails broke all together. i was told by a co-worker you are to soak your nails in acetone to remove the polish. I was never told this by the technician. My naills are ruined for who knows how long this will take to grow out. Worst yet, when I called about it they said they could not help me. I do not recommend this place at all. FYI this is the first time I have ever wrote a poor review.

I live in the north end but I'll definitely be coming over her from now on for my nails! I came in for a mani/pedi and my nails had been abandoned for a little while now, so I almost felt bad. But they didn't mind at all and went right to work. I'm really picky about how my polish looks and they honestly did a perfect job. I'm also really bad about waiting until my hands dry and then I ALWAYS mess them up, but Ivy saw me getting out of the chair and asked me to please stay for a few more minutes, which I really appreciated! It was the most relaxing pedicure/manicure I've ever had. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. I'll be coming here on a regular basis from now on!



Also, FYI, no tips on credit cards.Doesn't bother me, but just good to known in advance, as I don't usually carry cash.

My friend took me here to get our nails done. After my bad nail job from another place. I was iffy about getting them done again. We were greeted right away and seated after we pick out nail polish even though the place seem busy at that time.The nail techs start our nails right away and they are very nice and very gental to my cuticle. They talked me and my friend into getting the Shellac done and our nail polish never last this long (going on 3 week now). I will definitely make an appointment to coming back this week to have my Shellac manicure redone and possibly a pedicure too. LOVE IT!!!

I've been to this salon a few times and the workers are very friendly, but the owner, Rose, the owner, is very rude to me every time I come in. She had someone sit me down to do my nails, and she put my hands in the warmer and just left without a word and went to work on someone else. I had no idea what was going on. A customer that Rose was working on asked her what was going on and she told her that someone else was coming in to take care of me. She didn't even bother to tell me!! I sat there for 1/2 hour and waited until finally someone showed up. No apology. She did not say a word to me the entire time. I will NEVER be back to Rose Nails!!

I love this salon. The people are so friendly and the service is quality with the best price.
