Absolutely the most professional, courteous, and helpful Company I have ever worked with. The staff who assisted me with my hearing aid NEEDS-MR. KEN WOOTEN/BC-HIS was the most caring and knowledgeable individual selling technology to someone in need was "OUT OF THIS WORLD!" He helped me with my needs but was not a "SALESMAN." IN FACT HE ALLOWED ME TO USER A LOANER PAIR HEARING AIDS TO BE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE MODEL TYPE . I was extremely fortunate to find their offices and reviews of the expertise in hearing needs. I heartily recommend the company and really get say enough good things about the entire staff, including receptionist staff. The quality and assistance post sale is something to behold-in short, I can't say enough positive things they have done for me since purchasing my my first pair of hearing aids.
