Provided by YP.comI've been going to Birlinger's for over 20 years but have been very disappointed over the past two months. I ordered a different set of small placards three times and each time they have lost my order under a pile of chaos. It is very distressing to write this, as they have done great service in the past. I will though use another service for getting these made.

Provided by YP.comMike came out to rekey 3 different locks. He was very curtious and, in my opinion, possed excellent work ethics. He was late due to a previous job taking longer than anticipated but made no excuses and stayed until the work was done right and didn't try to make an excuse to come back again some other time since it was pushing 5:00pm.
