I ordered pie for Thanksgiving and needed to cancel the order. I called this morning to cancel the order but I am having trouble receiving my money back. The person on the phone was not pleasant and stated she needed to speak to the owner and I waited only to realize they hang up on me. Do not use this bakery if you are forced to pay upfront. You will have problems.
