My mother has been coming here for years. Every now and again I tag along and regret it every single time. As soon as my mom walks in they immediately start her and make me wait. I can't tell you how many times we have walked in for the same exact full set and my mom gets started on, I have to wait the entire time yet new customers are walking in and getting serviced. 6 times now I've said " you know what nevermind I don't have time for this because you're already done with my mom and we have to go." Just now my mom walked in to get a full set and I just wanted to get my eyebrows down. We walk in together and my mom says "I'm here to get my full set finished" because she had started it the other day and ran out of time so we were coming back to do it again. They jumped up and told her where to sit down and got started on her. And then I immediately said, right after her, "I just need to get my eyebrows done" and they didn't even look at me. They didn't respond they looked at each other and kind of rolled their eyes. I've had enough and I told them "I'm done that's it." I turned to my mom and said "See! I told you so" and then I walked out. The only thing that I can think of and I have never in my life have ever used the color of my skin as an excuse for anything but the only thing I can think of is the fact that my mother is white and I'm Hispanic because I was adopted. I cannot come up with any other reasonable excuse as to why they treat me like this every single freaking time I walk through the door. Awful awful service.

I love this salon. Nancy/owner is super customer oriented, and I've used Crystal/nail tech there, having followed her from another salon. Previously attended a salon that treated their tech's horribly. SO hence I followed Crystal to this salon. I've visited many diff spa's in my area and Crystal does best job than anyone I've used. If Crystal is out, then Nancy would be my next choice. Cant understand negative posting here, as they are super hard working (thankfully someone cares enough to do this job) and care about their customers! I don't know of many who work the long hours, and 6 days a week as they do! I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service from Nancy, will never walk back it that nail salon again. Very, very rude.
