Take your business elsewhere! Rude does not even begin to describe their customer service philosophy. This especially pertains to their delivery driver, Amber. This girl needs a serious reality check! She lacks every quality that a customer service professional should have. I'm thoroughly convinced that her two favorite things are her cell phone and the f-word. Deliveries are never on time and if you don't answer your phone immediately when they call, don't expect to receive your order.



If the product is acceptable, I can usually brush off bad customer service, but that is never the case with this company. I have nothing but regrets for doing repeated business with them. You can only give someone so many chances...
