On 8-19-21 we ordered yom thus cracker barrel for curbside pickup. It said the order would be ready by 7:45pm, I placed the order around 7:15pm. I arrived at 7:40pm and used the link to let then know I was there. At 8pm, 15 minutes late, I called the phone number on the "to go" order parking signs. 8:10pm and still no order. While I was waiting for my order to be brought out there were at least 6 cars that pulled into the "to go" parking, the people got out of their cars, went inside and came back out with their orders withing 5-10 minutes. At 8:15pm someone inside cracker barrel finally answered the phone and told me they were "way behind" on to go orders. When I started questioning hiw these other customers were arriving, going inside and getting their orders almost immediately, the lady on the phone started getting an altitude. I waited another 5 minutes and called again and asked the young lady that answered if I should have came in to her my order instead of using curbside pickup. This is where things really went downhill. I told her that I could have easily came inside but since I had just finished my 2 weeks of covid-19 quarantine I thought it was better to fo the curbside option. This young lady asked me to hold on and she would go check on my order. The next thing I know I'm speaking with a very rude lady who didn't care that I was questioning why my order was over 30 minutes late while 6 other customers had arrived and pickup up their ordered. As soon as she heard covid-19 she immediately started getting a really nasty attitude and telling me that she didn't care that my order was 30 minutes late. All she kept saying was that she wasn't bringing my order out to my car and if I didn't like it then she would bring it outside and just leave it on one of the outside tables or I could cancel my order, she didn't care what I did. 10 minutes later she brings out my order and carries it about 4 tables down the tow of tables instead of leaving it on the first and closest table to the parking spaces. I got the manager to come out and speak to me. He was very apologetic and thanked me for chosing not to come inside despite the fact that I am no longer contagious, according to my doctor. He said he would credit the order but that didn't happen. Despite the issues with getting my order and the employee altitude, everything was still hot when I got it back home and the food was good.

This place does it all properly. Staff is great - especially Miss Bri. Managers are truly interested in the customers and staff. The food is consistently great. Landscaping is perfect. Everything is clean.

We come to this CB b/c it is close to home. We had our thanksgiving here last year and it was wonderful. The wait was a bit long but the whole Giving Thanks that we had food to eat overshadowed the irritation of waiting an hour.
