We had an issue with one of our three ice cream machines and Eric was extremely patient and helpful with our issue answering all of my questions and providing pertinent and constructive answers. Kudos to Eric and to MC Cormack for hiring excellent employees. True professionals that understand the essence to real customer service. I would recommend this company to everybody.
