Worst customer service I ever received. Product was cheap plastic from China, ads on Ebay misrepresent what you actually are getting. I emailed twice with no response, left a message, no response, finally called again only to talk to some complete jerk who insinuated that I was a liar and an idiot. When I said I woudl leave negative feedback, he got even more beligerent and referred to me as "you people". Sorry company. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am also disputing the charge through Paypal.
