Charged for more cavities than we agreed to without permission. Originally said she needed 4 cavities filled and instead "filled" 8. Office staff is extremely rude in the Herriman office. I wouldn't go here again if they paid me. I talked to a lawyer, but he said there was nothing we could to to prove our case, so I'm hoping this will stop someone from the same thing happening to them.
