Couldn't have ask for a better experience. I have two young grandchildren, and had a very difficult time understanding them. Finally decided it was time to invest in decent pair of hearing aids. Which turned out to be much better than expected. Excellent customer service that met all my needs and the product is phemoninal. I can hear better than ever with no complaints, and now time with the grandchildren is much more enjoybale.
