I went to the trouble to give you an excellent rating on my last visit, and answered the questionnaire for a free quarter pounder. When I came into the store to buy a full quarter pounder meal, and ask for the free quarter pounder, I was told that I couldn't buy the full meal and pay more, but that I had to buy the single burger to get the free burger. That is absolutely ludicrous. Why on earth would you turn down more money, just to offer a free hammer. That doesn't make any sense in my book. I understand hiring student labor at minimum wage to offset the cost of production. What I don't understand, is that they lack the customer relation skills to meet the customer's needs and not their own agenda. If I'm going to be talked down to when I come to your store, I will take my business to whataburger, Burger King, or another fast food chain. I do not feel that's the proper way to treat your customers. Dr. Carl
