#OMG THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. NEVER THOUGHT I CAN GET THIS CLOSE TO MY GRANDMOTHER'S COOKING.

AND THE PEACH COBBLER IS IS TO DIE FOR, I WISH THEY SERVED ICE CREAM WITH IT BUT A BONUS BRUSTERS IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR.
I ORDERED THE BAKED CHICKEN WITH RICE A SIDE OF VEGGIES AND IT CAME WITH CORNBREAD. I TRULY RECOMMEND YOU TRY IT.

Bland and they close earlier than posted

Turkey wings and dressing is bland. Rib tips are watery, and they don't do anything fried after 3 on Thursday. Other than that the food is decent but not a first choice.

I was in Atlanta about 2 weekends ago for the PGA Championship. While there I wanted some Soul Food from the South and my cousin took me to a down home restaurant w/a cool atmosphere including TV's & good music playing in the back ground. That was inviting but lets get to the real matter @ hand -- The FOOD! There was so much to choose from but I chose BBQ Turkey Wings, Mac&Cheese, Collard Greens and Cornbread and washed it down w/a Arnold Palmer. I loved the food and ate every morsel served to me! But believe it or not what blew me away was the Caramel Cake, I had for desert! Can you say a slice of Heaven?? YES I CAN!! (in my Professor Clump voice) I actually took a slice to go for my late night desert. (I know I'm BAD but that's how GOOD it was) Whenever I come back to visit or if I know anyone traveling to the "A", my #1 recommendation for Soul Food will be WHOS GOT SOUL. I just they would open one in NY so I could go more often. It was delicious!!

I'm an excited vegetarian who was introduced, by my co-worker to a Soul Food restaurant that makes true down home cooked food and NO meat is in the veggies. Initially when she was going to lunch and invited me, I felt the need to re-iterate that I'm a vegetarian? Well I reluctantly went w/her and WOW to my ignorance I was able to get a veggie plate and I ordered The Bean of the Day - Pinto Beans over rice, Squash-Zucchini & Carrots, Candy Yams and Macaroni & Cheese, well not only was it under $7 bucks, they gave me a lot of food. I splurged on the true Sweet Tea and left w/a side of potato salad which tasted as good as my Auntie's! I've been back twice since and love the fact that they have over 10 veggies to choose from daily. This is my new spot!!! You should check it out, if you haven't already.

Soul Food is good food for the...

Soul Food is good food for the Soul. Usually Soul Food restaurants have a reputation of, if you want good food, go to a Soul Food restaurant but if you want bad customer service go to a Soul Food restaurant. Well, Whos Got Soul of Atlanta, GA must have broke the mold! I visited the Lawrenceville location and hands down this is my new favorite Soul Food restaurant to date of my 12 years of critiquing. I immediately tweeted to gloat on the fried Tilapia (which was cooked to order) & accompanied by 2 sides. I chose Collard Greens that could get in the Ring with my Granny’s and would be a serious contender and the best Mac & Cheese I’ve ever had (while enjoying my food & ear hustling there were @ least 3 other customers who agreed with me, per their conversation, while waiting on their food.) In a nutshell, if you haven’t had the pleasure of checking it out, whether you live in the vicinity of Atlanta or are visiting from out of town, you must go to one of their 2 locations. It’s the A’s best kept secret but trust, it won’t be for long. The food is so good it will soon unequivocally be ICONIC like Roscoe’s of LA. So don’t be the last to say, OH Yeah, I’ve been to Whos Got Soul Café!

Best Restuarant in Gwinnett

I have been a customer of Who's Got Soul Cafe since it opened, I truly love the vegetables and meats that are cooked daily, very fresh and reminds me of my mothers home cooked meals. The staff is always friendly and welcome you with open arms. Some Sundays after church I often don' t feel up to going home after services and preparing a meal, it is so wonderful to have this establishment in my area where I can drop in and pick up dinner and know that it will be tasty and good....cudo's to Who's Got Soul and much continued success!!!

This Place Is A Joke!

Please, please, please...don't waste your time, your effort OR your money. They "advertise" Southern Fried Chicken....but they don't have it or even offer it! Deplorable place, dirty and I would take McDonald's chicken nuggets over this dive....it needs to just go away....have to say the worst place for "food" I have ever gone to!
