Vo never showed up on the arranged date and time. After two phone calls he answered the phone and stated he forgot about the appointment. He said he would call me back shortly but never did. I tried to reach him but his phone went to voicemail. I should have known when I had to text him twice with my address and got no response when I tried to confirm the appointment.
