Don't buy a car here trust me!

Don't let these crooks Rip you off of your hard earned income. The sales men are shady and will lie to your face and will lead you to Believe they are the only ones that can finance you. Be prepared to pay 2 or 3 times Kelly blue book value. They will tell you Kelly blue book means nothing to them because the

used car market is way up.

Please shop around first you will be Surprised that even with a low credit score new car dealerships can and will get you Financed. Usauto sales should be your very last Option. Just look at The sticker price mileage and Kelly blue book! Don't do it. If you do you will be sorry. If your 3 days past your payment due date the calls start coming. They will talk to you like your a month late and will shut or car down.

Horrible experience. Made payment and car was still disabled and had no one to contact before 8 am. Customer service representatives say one thing but does something totally different. They are rude and difficult to deal with. Tried making payments online and through the phone, kept saying my card was declined. Spoke with a representative and she told me that I needed to contact my bank, for what when I know the money is there. Next thing I know, the car was disabled. Don't like this car experience at all.

I have spent thousands of dollars on repairs for this car, beginning less than 4 months after I bought it. The pastime US Autos installs in their vehicles also malfunctioned 3 times leaving me stranded at a gas station at night in Atlanta, as well as on the side of the road twice. Not safe for a single mother with a young daughter. Then my engine failed in April of this year and yet again I was stuck on the side of the road. I have been going back and forth with Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist, Veronica Lopez. It averages days for her to respond to an email, she never answers her phone, and for the past month, has not returned a single phone call.

Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM US AUTOS. US Autos does not care about the quality of vehicles they sell (lemons), the safety of their customers, the future of their customer's credit, or to sum it all up- the livelihood of their customers.

If you want to read more about my experience, look up my Yelp reviews.

It hasn't even been a whole year since I bought my 2012 Ford focus from the Centreville location In Snellville GA and my car all of a sudden he didn't turn on on. Got it towed to the service center and after a few days I had to call them to see what was wrong with it and they couldn't even tell me, all they said was they couldn't fix it so they sent it back to the dealership. I caught the financing center and at the service center and then they both keep giving me the runaround I'm just trying to figure out what's wrong with my car and nobody would help me every body was rude. Somebody please tell me how to break my contract !!!

I would highly recommend to ANYONE looking for a car to steer clear of US Auto Sales. They are an unethical business who charge well more than retail value for vehicles, hound you days BEFORE a payment is due, put random fees into your payments which you are forced to pay or they use their payment tracking systems to shut down your cars. THEY DO NOT REPORT to the credit bureau so 1st time car buyers think they will be able to get financing from another dealership and can't it shows as a loan but EVERY MONTH in NR (means not reported) so you NEVER see any increase in your credit score keeping you at subprime rates or forcing you to go back to their dealership. They are unethical in their business practices and fleece people for cars that should have sold for $6,000 - 8,000 and sell them for $18,000 - 20,000! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM ANY US AUTO SALES!!! I purchased a car from the Lithia Springs location in June 2014. In almost two years, I have spent approx $5,000 in repairs. On top of always having to have work done, the pass-time feature U.S. Autos puts on all of their car malfunctioned... leaving me stranded 3 separate times where my car would not start due to a faulty pass-time. To put the icing on the cake, two days ago my car died while driving. Took to the shop... and I need a new engine which is $8000. All of this from a car I bought less than 2 years ago. U.S. Auto sells LEMONS at a high interest rate. Please learn from my ignorance and stay FAR away from US Autos.

One word to describe this business - RIPOFFS! I would recommend anyone to repair your credit or better yet save up and pay cash for a car before going here. They will financially ruin your life by selling you a patched up lemon for thousands that will be on its last legs the minute you drive it off the lot. Remember you will be stuck with a piece of junk for 4 or 5 years of your life.

US auto sales really screwed me I bought a vehicle from them drove the car for about 5 months started having trouble with it they told me to bring the car to 3 different repair shops and get estimated I expressed to them it was going to go over on the mileage and I was afraid they would not cover the costs of the repairs they told me not to worry about that it would be covered well after bringing the car to the 3 different shops us auto sales tells me the estimates are to high that they will do the repairs themselves ok well I need a loaner car they said I could pick it up when I drop the car off I got to dealership they called to verify my insurance and then tell me that my insurance will not transfer so I take the car back home I waited 2 weeks insurance needed to be renewed so I pay the extra money and get proper insurance I call back to tell them I'm ready to drop off the car and pick up the loaner they turn around and say you are outside your service agreement and that they would not be covering any of the repairs I am furious they lie and lie then bounce you from one person to another and everyone gives you a different story please save yourself the money and aggravation they will do anything to not pay for your repairs and they will do anything to sell you any piece of crap they have I have not asked them to fix anything outside of what they said that they would cover they just used time to their advantage so that they would not have to pay biggest mistake of my life buying anything from this place

SCAM ALERT! I visited the branch in Lawrenceville. I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and found a beautiful one on their lot. I went to the front office to inquire about the price. The salesman said "We don't do that here, we run your credit first and determine the cost you pay each month." In other words, he required you write him a blank check that he will fill the price in. Seriously, do NOT do that. That screams red flags and scam. I honestly do not know how people can be so naive to go to USAutoSales and purchase a car here. It's criminal what these people are doing. I left their dealership and found the same car, less miles for 2/3rds the price; a savings of over $7000.00. HEED MY WORDS! GO ELSEWHERE!

Don't buy from here

I bought a car from these idiots and the recline button for the seat did not work. I went to get it fixed after they called me several different times to make an appointment and was very specific that I had to leave by a specific time in order to pick up my 3 year old from school and they told me that wouldn't be a problem. 30 min before I had to leave I went to the service office to ask what was going on and he told me there was no way my car would be done in time and that they had no courtesy vehicles for me to go and pick him up in and that he didn't know what to tell me. He was very rude and did not care or even try to help. All I got was a "I don't know what to tell you". I regret buying a car from these people and would never recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE

Buyer beware!!! Never even think about buying a car from them. This is the worst company, they sell you lemons, junk, a nice car with a ton of hidden problems. Me and my husband was suckered into buying one. The salesmen as a matter of fact left the company after he sold us the car. But let me say the car is a lemon, told them that the car has.some sort of electoral issuea and the ande struts was bad, oh they replaced those but their so called tech, which

In no way is one, said he didn't see a problem. I had to take one of the ladies in the service department and she heard it and went back and told him so he could fix the issue but they had to keep my car overnight and gave me a loner that would barely run and sounded like the front end was going to fall out. Got my car back and the dummy screwed up the breaks. They said there was no issue with the electrical. REALLY!!!! Then why does the gauges jump, the radio go out, why can't you hear the blinkers or hear the front speakers, except for when they want to come on. Well after talking and talking and more talking and 3 times back there to their service dept. They says, yes there is a electrical issue, the emissions is also grounding out but they won't fix it or their warrenty won't either and I have to pay to fix it for over $600.00. WHAT ARE U OUT OF YOUR MIND!!!! The car had the issues and u are not going to fix that lemon u sold me, I am only a few payments in I don't think so..the people in the office agreed with me and not wanting to pay $14,000.00 for a car with these issues. But then you have another lying finance lady by the name of Ashley that called me today said she called everyday,.which is the biggest lie and then slammed the phone down on me when I was questioning her on it. How utterly unprofessional can u be. Anyhow, as I said buyer beware or want to see more unhappy people, just go down to the service department and talk to the people there or just listen.

You can tell the reviews that received 2 stars or more were written by the owner or its workers. They only gave me an option of one star and even this isnt deserving. This place is a ripoff!! and it should be a crime to rip people off the way this dealership does. The sad part is that the folks they rip off are the most least likely to be able to afford to make payments. They target low income folks and folks with bad credit when they are at theirmost vulnerable state, needing a car to get to work and slaps a sales price of about 3 or 4 times the blue book value on a piece of junk cars they most likely brought at an auction for less than $2,000 bucks! I beg of anyone not to go here, you'd be better off catching the bus or walking versus committing 4 years of giving these crooks your hard earned money for a car that has broken down on you before its paid off. I talked to some tobacco chewing hillbilly that sold my son a car, he saw a young black man, with no credit not bad creditand severly took advantage of him because he had no clue about the car buying process. Now my son's future is in peril because he has to committ to working a minimum wage paying job full-time just to pay off a crap piece of car he purchased from this dealership. My son cannot attend college f/t because he can't afford to to do so because these bastards severly ripped him off! He is paying 20k!! for a 10 year old car, with 99k miles on it! WTF!!! They are unethical and shady and should be avoided at all costs!!

I started looking for a car at 9 AM this morning and at two different locations. So after feeling discouraged, I decided to come to this location and I met John Smith at 6 PM on a Saturday. He was very thorough and professional and FRIENDLY! This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you John!
