Proprietor appears to have no people skills. Very unpleasant experience.

Lacking in customer service to say the LEAST! Today was my 3rd and last visit. I've browsed once, purchased once and today I attempted to consign with Upscale Resale. She turned me away in front of two other customers without hesitation. I visited their website for consigning instructions. It said nothing about consigning by appointment only. I made a trip to down town Lawrenceville for no reason. You said your shop is full. You didn't even bother to look at what I had. I could have left it for you to evaluate at a later time. No offer to do anything of the sort. I got: "You have to make an appointment. We are full right now anyway. You should come back in the Spring." If I receive rudeness now, you think I'm going to come back in the Spring for round 2?!
