this post office has managed to lose two of my packages in two weeks that have been mailed to me from two different vendors. this by far is the worst post office I have ever dealt with they are not helpful. the Postmaster General needs to visit this post office and find out why these people are so incompetent.

When I walked in an employee was outside in the lobby and asked be if I was using a debit/credit card and I replied yes. Then she directed me to the machine and I clearly told her that I didn't want to use it but she insisted it was the same as working with a employee at the front desk. The employee told me to push on the buttons instead of asking me what I wanted. I ended up paying for Certified Mail. I decided to call to ask if I could get a refund for paying for something I didn't wanted and the clerk on the phone laughed at me. I found this to be totally unprofessional and wouldn't recommand the post office to anyone because of the poor service and lack of respect to the customers. Who technically pay their bills.
