The first time I visited, my gel polish chipped after only 1 day. The male owner told me that I should not have chosen that gel. (Really?) He agreed to give me a discount upon my second visit and I was okay with that. The next visit, he was doing my nails and it was filed unevenly. I told him. Then he got some cotton onto my wet nails. I told him. He was able to get the cotton out, but accidentally smudged my nails. He was livid. He told me I was too picky and said for me to go to another salon! He smudged my nails...not me! He was rude, unprofessional and I couldn't believe how upset he had gotten. His attitude was so poor before this incident happened and I asked him was he in a bad mood. He said he was ready to get out of here to go to the gym! So it was evident that he had better things to do than to do my nails and earn my money. I was standing in the way of him and the gym and he was rude and unprofessional as a result. The other owner, his wife, was very apologetic. On my first visit, she told me about her husband getting into an altercation with a customer previously. I see now that the problem is him. His customer service skills are horrific! The salon (there is no spa) is located near the corner of Sugarloaf & Scenic Highway. if you are in the area, go to another salon!!!
