I paid cash for my grandson's football photos back in October 2007 and have not received the photos yet. Was told today that they have no photos in the shop so if I submit a written request they will refund my money. Wonder how long that will take.

They have serviced the local rec. department in my county and many parents here are very unsatisfied with the quality of photography and development in pictures that are received with the outrageous prices that are asked. There are going to be discussions with the manager soon about the contract they hold with this company in order to try to fix these problems because the pictures are poorly focused and discolored, the children are year after year faced into the sun and eyes are always closed in the pictures but we still must purchase them.
