Awful. Billing is awful. They don't answer their phone or return phone calls. There is no on-call physician. Poorly run practice. And they up-code on their billing too

Mary G. is totally correct when she says she is treated horribly in this office. The people who work here make you feel like they could care less about you or your problems. And I have a 13 year old that needs daily meds, but they could care less whether he goes without them! Like Mary said, RUN!!!

I am very unhappy with the service I received from this office. I needed a preauthorization in order for my medication to be covered under my insurance. After a week the stil have not called and act irritated because I keep calling them. I have been treated with no compassion and can't because that a mental health care facility treats their patients this way - run.
