Just ordered flowers this morning from their website. We called a few minutes later to verify some information. We were told they could not deliver to the address given. They called back two minutes later and said they could. We got home this afternoon to have a message on our home phone that said they could not deliver the flowers. On top of that they double billed my debit card trying to refund my money!



I called and was told they could not find a flower shop to deliver since it is about 35 miles away. I asked if they had someone that delivered from their shop. I was told they would not go that far to deliver. They delayed calling us until it was too late to find someone else.



Would not use them again. They are new to our area and tried to support them but not again.
