Check in was supposed to be 2pm, room was available at 3:15pm.

Manager was not helpful in providing advice on local attractions.

Hot breakfast was terrible.

Guests were loud at all hours of the night and early morning.

TV was placed on the top of the 6ft closet, thus one had to look up to watch TV.

Room was cold.

Alarm clock was not set to local time.

Wake up call was not made to the time asked.



Would not recommend this hotel, seek out other hotels in areas close by; sometimes the additional cost is worth it.
