I just called to see if they had a particular fertilizer, the guy who answered the phone could have cared less. didn't really know the price and just estimated and then hung up. I will go to Buck Jones

I have shopped at this store for many years, I am a satisfied customer of their garden amendments, plants and pet supplies. They have what the big box store have and more. I like their old fashion lotions and oils for animals. If I need something I call ahead and check with them. They are always helpful and friendly. They will always work to see that you get what you need even if they have to place an order.

Go somewhere else. Poor service, worse attitude. These people don't understand customer service.



Their helper loaded the wrong feed product, I called to see it someone might live near me so they could swap out the feed. This has happened 4 or 5 other times during the past 10 years I've dealt with them.



They said no, I would have to bring it back. Their mistake cost me another 30-40 minutes of my time driving to correct their mistake. When I stopped by to swap the feed, the owner had to nerve to tell me "I (the customer) was responsible for seeing the right feed was loaded."



To top it off when I got home the new feed was rotten.
