James responded to my call quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable and HONEST, didn't try to take advantage of me as a customer the way other companies do. I definitely recommend Hail-Naw Roofing to anyone in the market for repairs.

This company was excellent to work with in getting my roof replaced. We worked directly with the insurance and everything worked out beautifully. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and the result was a great looking roof. I would recommend Hail Naw Roofing & Remodeling to anyone looking for excellent work and friendly relationships. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Hail Naw Roofing owned by James Tripplett showed up after a storm here in Suwanee. At first they seemed professional. As soon as I mentioned the possibility of getting another estimate they began to speak very negatively about the other roofing companies I mentioned. They said that these companies did bad roofing and ripped people off. That turned me off right away. I had another roofing company give me an estimate and not only did the other company come in $50 less ($50 is not much in roofing but...)they offered upgraded shingles and included interior repairs. I don't think it is right of a company to slander others and I won't work with Hail Naw Roofing!
