These guys at this Enterprise location are GREAT! Especially Brandon! He took care of me and my family greatly and the customer service was outrageously good. I have made this location my 'main location' for Enterprise rental, versus the other locations I have previously used being a PLUS member. Well done Brandon and thanks.

Didn't do thorough inspection. Did not look undercar upon renting. Said marks on car wasn't important when asked about them. Drove car to airport off parking. Parked it and flew out Saturday to New Orleans. Flew back in on Monday. Picked car up, gased it and drove to Enterprise. Upon returning the guy inspected the car and came back and said it was damaged under the car and on the passenger back. I told him that I didn't do it that the car was parked. He then transferred it to the manager and she started typing up stuff. I told her that the young girl who did the rental inspection did not check under the car or do thorough inspection like the man upon returning the car. I stated that I am being blamed for something I did not do. That the previous person had to be responsible. She then said she was taking a $250 deposit, reporting to damaged department. Now I have to wait for the investigation. I have been renting for over 10 years but I will never ever again and I will not refer them.

I needed to rent a car while mine was being repaired. Courtney was very helpful and kind. It made the process a lot easier with her outstanding service. I can't speak for the entire business but I can say that Courtney was great.
