My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this location was exceptional. Great customer service, friendly, yet professional staff. I have rented 3 times from this location.

When I showed up to pick up the car I had reserved on-line, they did not have the size car that was reserved. The CSR then hesitated to up-grade my car without wanting to charge me extra. He then did put me into a larger car. Drove the car a few miles and stopped for lunch. the car then did not start. Not to mention, you could tell the car had been smoked in often. Someone had placed air fresheners on the vents that only made it worse. Honestly, I do not know if this store did that or it was done someplace else. So that is a mark against Enterprise on the whole not just this store. They did happily exchange the car. However, they had to make it a point to state "we are giving you an upgrade." Not quite sure how a Chevy Trax is an upgrade from anything other than a compact car....but that's what we got.

Overall, I would rate this particular store as sub-par based on their attitude, lack of available stock and attempt to up-sale the reservation when they do not have the vehicle reserved. I have used the Loganville (U.S. Hwy 78) store numerous times. Unless it is a dire emergency that I be able to get a car on Sunday, I will use Loganville. And quite honestly, if I do need a car on Sunday, I will likely try the next closest store that is open Sundays rather than return here.

Very professional and courteous staff. Their customer service was excellent and the rental process for pick up and return was quick and efficient. I also needed a ride after dropping off the car and Enterprise was very accommodating.

I came to return my car on a Sunday afternoon. Was added to a list of names and told to wait. Waited 30 mins to return the car. When my name was called at the counter they then made me wait even longer so they could check in everyone else with returns first. I was then told by an immature young man in a tight suit that I have to wait over two hours for a courtesy ride back to my own car parked less than a mile away. I asked if he could call me a cab instead and he almost laugheg in my face saying "me call you a cab?" The manager then told me that the wait time I was given was untrue and that after she checked a long line of returns...she would give me a ride back to my car. I could have walked and gotten there sooner. Granted I rented an expensive jeep for about a month. No complaints about the vehicle itself. The return process is the absolute worse I have ever seen.

I am a loyal customer for enterprise from two years . However I would never choose 176 Scenic Hwy,Lawrenceville, GA 30046 enterprise . Its has the worst employes and no good friendly people . I had to rent the car for only one day so I took a rent from Friday to Saturday , however saturday it got closed at 12 so I have to come on sun to return the car , but it opens only at 12on sunday so I was charged for three days . Its the worst service I have ever seen .Dont ever take car from this enterprise . they suck blood out of our hard earned money
