Very happy with Accent Roofing Services,Inc. They went the extra mile from the moment that Alicia picked up the phone. She took her time with me and went out of her way to get my questions answered and take care of me. My roof which was only 7 years old had gotten a leak so I had tons of questions and she was just great.

Fast forward to speaking with Danny Scribbins who was the project manager who gave me my quote. He was detailed and gave me what I thought was a very fair price for doing the job right. He called out several issues with the work the last contractor did (stuff most of the other roofing companies didn't even notice) and took care of 100% of the issues without nickle and diming me for every little thing. When they started the job they found even more issues with wood rot that we didn't know about and they just took care of it! No price hikes, no surprises. That is something you just don't see in companies these days and it was appreciated!

Philip is who I dealt with, the owner's son. He's 31 and his work ethic is unbelievable. He called or text me walking me through the procedure of dealing with my insurance and mortgage company. As a single mom I did not ever feel I was being mislead or taken advantage of. The crew was very diligent and cleaned up after the tear off and install of the new roof. With an A+ Better Business Bureau rating I don't think you'll go wrong using them. Great job and I have recommended them to my own son to get his roof replaced..

Accent Roofing Service was a delight to work with. Phillip, the general manager, helped me along with the whole process and made everything very easy to understand. The new roof looks great and we have had zero issues with the wind and rain!
