Dempster Fire Training Center, located in Lawrenceville, N.J., is part of Mercer County Fire Academy, which is affiliated with the Mercer County Technical School. The center offers a wide range programs and courses, such as entry-level firefighter and emergency medical technician training, and awareness and operations level firefighter training. It also provides emergency medical technician continuing education program, and firefighter operations level multimodule courses. Dempster Fire Training Center also provides courses, such as health and safety officer, fire instructor development, fire inspector and instructor recertification courses, and various fire safety fire instructor certification examinations. Mercer County Technical School partners with various organizations, such as Dell and Apple Computer.
