We had a great experience with Foundation Experts. After a previous experience with an unlicensed roofer we took a long look at the companies in the foundation repair field. Most were shady waterproofers. We found Foundation Experts at a kiosk at the local mall. Very informative and neat. Owner was on the job every day. Good company.

We were selling our home and the prospective buyer and t heir agent were claiming we had to install a basement waterproofing system. Foundation Experts showed where the problem was. In fact, the system they wanted is not allowed by the building codes even though it is a commonly installed system. The engineer from Foundation Experts designed a system that was acceptable and the next month the deal went through. Very happy and recommend. Their report was very thorough.
