My experience is with the son, Paul, who will not and is not capable of fulfilling a contract. You may have better luck with the father Bill. Paul will take your deposit money, ask for more, drag out the job and eventually not return. I hired him to repair water damaged ceiling, repair a deck and level a kitchen floor. Paul advertises on craigslist under Zaremba Builders, A to Z Improvements, and A to Z Management all a family company. Take a look at the recent BBB complaint as well as my complaint. The photos show the floor he attempted to level in my kitchen with plywood, boards, glue and laying a subfloor on top of three other floors creating a 2 1/2" rise on one side of the kitchen 20' x 3' and then he walked off the job never to return. Other photos show how he did not screw down deck boards or complete the repairs on the deck.
