Vinfen Lawrence, Ma. saved my mentally ill, adult son's life. The support he receives is beyond my expectations. This dedicated staff deserves the recognition for their sincere dedication to those who cannot do for themselves. God bless them and assist them to continue the wonderful work they do.Eric's Mom

Absolutely worst services ever. This corporation is not helpful unless all you need is a pizza party with peers every once in a while. Absolutely no guidance, currently involved in Tips services basically forced to manage my own care, workers constantly cancel, quit or get another position so connecting to a worker is nearly impossible. I hope they don't claim government funding from dmh/ government on the days my worker cancels. Honestly it's a bunch of amateurs who don't have the experience required to work in a way to benefit clients. If anything they hold me back. I'm very dissatisfied with there services & even when trying to complain so that services improve I get run around answers & treatment.
