My husband & I explained what we wanted in having the house painted. Caulking was a must and walked around the house and showed them where caulking was needed and holes filled, guttering was to be painted also. Was not impressed with the quality of paint that he would only use from Sherwin-Williams but went ahead and allowed. We thought paint looks cheap & did not cover well & it was high dollar paint. The following day after they had finished painting I was walking around the house & noticed that the windows on the garage door had strips of missing paint where they had taped off to spray. 8 windows with 4 panes each, so 32 windows. I contacted them & was told to go ahead & paint it myself. About a week later we noticed that part of the guttering had not been painted & all the windows & patio doors had paint sprayed on them & had to be hand scraped. Today I noticed that all the windows 32 of them on the garage door also had paint from the spray all over them & had to scrape them as well. Either paint was spilled or dumped out in our back yard and left with no attempt to clean it up or inform us that paint had been spilled. Paint has killed the grass. Paint was so thick that there was no way to dig it out. Could have sprayed it down with water, had someone told us. Our house isn't that big & we paid out $3720.00. We hired someone to do it right so that we wouldn't have to paint it ourselves as we are seniors on a fixed income. I will never recommend this company.
