They way they treat customers either means they are too busy and they don't need your business or they are quite simply just really bad at it. I ended up going with a different security alarm company to hook up our security alarm system when Overfield failed to keep our apointment time as well as the promise to call me back as to why they didn't show for the appointment. I ended up calling Nick back and he said that he just spaced. I found a different reputable company to program our security alarm. Come to find out, Overfield was the orignal installers in this apartment and they made so many shortcuts during the original install that it took the new company a very long time to undo all their sloppy work. Given their over the top poor customer service coupled with the shortcuts they take, I would not reccommend them.
