I wish I would have gone to EZ-PC first... I made the mistake of ordering my computer from the internet. After about 2 months, I began experiencing several problems. I would like to think that I am fairly knowledgeable when it come to computers and I can usually figure out how to solve my own problems, however, these issues had me stumped. So, I packed it up and went to EZ-PC. They has it solved and back to me in under 4 days.... and I did not even elect for the "priority service" that they offered. That was about 3 weeks ago and it still shows no signs of any of the issues returning. No more ordering on-line for me... it may be a few bucks more locally, but it is worth it for the service!‎
